Massage Testimonials

Sail is a great massage therapist! She takes her time to understand where you ache or what muscles need the most attention and will do her best to help you relax those muscles in the time allowed in your appointment. I definitely recommend her as a top massage therapist at BREAKRTHRU!
~ Mike Sawka

Much as in the case with young men who marry, start families, work and study to be good providers, I came out of the U.S. Air Force back in 1953 in great physical, mental, and emotional shape and then slowly went downhill.

By the mid-80’s, I was perpetually tired. At that point, I took a Colorado Dude Ranch vacation and, at the owner’s suggestion, entered the world of massage therapy – with a registered nurse. After 7 sessions, I had just begun to revert to my earlier good habits and added better nutrition as well as sensible medical oversight.

Most importantly and to the point of this testimonial, I began to take regular massage treatments of all types and with practitioners of various backgrounds and experience. Several years ago I transferred to BREAKTHRU’s Massage. My weekly deep-tissue massage is almost magical in the way it has been continuing to restore my physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Because now I am extremely careful to live a reasonably healthy lifestyle, two additional days a week I am with Keith, one of BREAKTHRU’s fine personal trainers, and with my weekly massages, together may well get me back to where I want to be- as my late wife, Jerry, and I are now great-grandparents.
