In September of 2008 I started to train with Keith Scott for 2 days a week to train for baseball in the spring. I was told by my baseball coaches to add positive weight to turn singles into doubles. Without a doubt for the first three months I was at BREAKTHRU, Keith added 10 solid pounds of muscle to me and attacked all the weak points of my body in a specific workout. The workouts were tough and challenged me in so many ways. Thanks to Keith and his desire to push me to my goals, I am way stronger and powerful and cannot wait until the season starts.
