I would like to wish you and your families a happy and healthy new year.  At the beginning of the year, we all start off with the best intentions but too often we do not fully commit and achieve our full potential.  It is the perfect time to re-evaluate your health and fitness and refocus on any areas that need attention.

New Year, New You

BREAKTHRU would like to be your partner in health and fitness this year so that you can achieve your best results with both safe and realistic goals.  In order to do our part, we must have current information.  Our personal trainers will be offering complimentary health and fitness screens to get started and there will be incentives for completing these.  Our trainers will be available to discuss your needs in fitness meetings which are an included benefit with membership.  Please enjoy this winter edition of our newsletter filled with useful information and exciting updates.
