Meet the Newest Member of the BREAKTHRU Family!

 

When I was approached to write an article for our newsletter to our members, I thought that it would be a perfect time to introduce myself to those of you that I have not met during my first two months as a member of the BREAKTHRU team.   I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you.

 

My ‘official role’ with BREAKTHRU is that of Director of Operations.  My main purpose is to facilitate smooth and efficient operations and to ensure that we are exceeding expectations with the services that we offer you.  In addition to my ‘official role’, I am a physical therapist so you may see me treating patients every now and then.  Don’t listen to them when they say I am tougher than Jeff and Lance. It’s simply not true!  I am nice and easy on every therapy patient I treat!   

 

BREAKTHRU is continually trying to create a personal and unique experience for you.  We want your input and feedback.  Although we pride ourselves on knowing our members and talking to you on a regular basis, we want to make sure that we are meeting your individual needs and wants.   If we don’t offer a service that you really want, we want to hear about it so we can research it.   If we offer something that you really like, we want to know about it so we can expand upon it.  If you have any questions, we want to hear them so we can give you the information that you want.   To help us make sure that we are creating the unique experience you are looking for, Lance, Jeff, Jodi, and I will be coming around with a survey of a few questions to ask each of you during the upcoming weeks. We will make it short and sweet so we do not interrupt your workouts!
