Dr. Nate Steltz, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist, Director BREAKTHRU Moorestown

Nate has had extensive clinical experiences which have offered him unique opportunities to broaden his skill set and enhance his treatment abilities. He had the opportunity to work as an assistant to the athletic trainer for the Philadelphia Flyers which provided him with exposure to the hands-on approach that is required for the successful rehabilitation of post-operative orthopaedic patients. Nate has also performed extensive research on the indications of physical therapy for patients undergoing total hip arthroplasties, non-operative management of full thickness rotator cuff tears, concussions, and lumbar stabilization exercise programs.
Nate continues to have a strong interest in orthopaedic and sports therapy. He is an advocate for utilizing evidence based research to guide his clinical practice toward quality patient-centered care. He is planning on becoming a certified strength and conditioning specialist and is looking forward to continuing his education to enhance his manual therapy and orthopaedic skills.
Additionally, he is an advocate for cancer research and awareness and he volunteers his time and efforts to many charitable causes including “Flyers Wives Fight for Lives”.
Originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, Nate now resides in Somerdale, New Jersey. When not working, he enjoys exercising and playing golf.
