Boot camp – Noun - A training camp for military recruits.
Boot camp wasn’t as harsh as military training but it was intense. When walking into boot camp you are nervous. The thoughts I had my first day were:

  1. What happens if I can’t keep up?
  2. Am I going to make a fool of myself?
  3. Can I really do this?
  4. I don’t want to upset Keith…

Keith motivated me in various ways. I never thought I could survive boot camp but I pulled through by motivating myself as well. Keith made me set goals for myself and try to hit them. This made the time go by fast!
The group of women I was with were awesome! Everyone worked hard and the days flew by.
I lost 10 pounds in four weeks and had fun doing it. Don’t get me wrong – boot camp is hard work but it can be fun if you walk in with the correct mindset and you will see amazing results!
The one piece of advice I can give to those thinking about boot camp is – Don’t psych yourself out! BREAKTHRU's Boot camp is a self-paced workout. You have to go to the stations but you can choose how heavy your weights are. As the days go by push yourself to do better than the last. Give boot camp a shot – you will be amazed at what you are able to do by the end of it!
Thanks Keith for an amazing four weeks!
