What is Boot Camp? Boot Camp sessions are 60 min group training sessions designed to raise your metabolism, burn fat, build strength, endurance, and flexibility all in a fun and energetic social atmosphere. Studies have shown that those who train as a part of a group have a higher success rate when it comes to reaching fitness goals and developing a consistent, healthy and fit lifestyle. We utilize a metabolic training style of exercise to give our boot campers a functional, strong core base of fitness while continuing to challenge their body’s neuromuscular systems to keep them on the road to being in the best shape of their lives. All sessions are unique so anyone pulling double (or triple!) duty as an “Early Bird”, “Night Owl” or “Weekend Warrior” gets a different workout each time they come in. Programs change on a monthly basis in order to keep things fresh and challenging while still being able to see progress and improvements. Sessions use a variety of exercise styles and equipment including:

- TRX Suspension Training
- Ropes
- Sleds
- Dumbbells
- Bands
- Sliders
- Cable Machines
- Partner Drills
- Sports Drills

What is the cost and how do I sign up?

1 Session: $17.50 / $20.00
5 Sessions: $75.00 / $87.50
10 Sessions: $125.00 / $150.00
What if I am not physically fit? All boot camp programs can easily be modified for every level of fitness. BREAKTHRU Physical Therapy patients and recent therapy graduates should consult their therapist for clearance. All boot camp participants are required to fill out a health history questionnaire and exercise waiver form prior to their first session. Who leads Boot Camp? Our Boot Camps are led by certified health and fitness professionals with college degrees in exercise science. All exercises are led in an effective but safe manner and can easily be modified for any fitness level.
