With Semi-Private training, you train with a partner or small group of people. When you train semi-privately, you get the same exact care, and great results you would one on one, with the only difference being you share your time with other people. Research shows that people that exercise in groups achieve their goals faster and are much more consistent with their exercise routines. Semi-Private usually comes at a better cost and value for you since more people are sharing the session.

Every fitness coach at BREAKTHRU has a college degree in an exercise related field and has gone through countless hours of training and preparation that is focused on addressing real world problems such as; fat loss, body sculpting, pain reduction, and corrective exercise. In addition, every coach has experience dealing with special populations ranging from heart disease, MS, Cerebral Palsy and post surgical patients. BREAKTHRU’s Fitness coaches also carry the top national certifications available.

When you come to BREAKTHRU, the fitness experts will be able to do a full body evaluation on you, tie that in with your goals, and help you figure out the best direction for you to go. If you are short on time, our 30 min sessions are a great value and can be just as effective as a full 60 min session. Our 30 min sessions are action packed and fast moving, helping you to maximize your time. If you want the full effect of your training programs, the 60 min session may be a better option for you. Either way, you are sure to reach all of your fitness goals whether you do a 30 min or 60 min training session.
